The Business Life Dubai website (the “Site”) is published by TRUSTLINE ACCOUNTING L.L.C (“we”, “our”, the “Company”), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in Dubai under commercial license number 1583288. 1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents support services for company formation, residency and relocation in the United Arab Emirates, and allows you to send us a request for a priced setup plan. The Site is intended for professional use by people aged 18 or over.

2. Scope of published information

The content on the Site (guides, FAQs, comparisons and pricing ranges) is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, nor a contractual offer. Rules of UAE jurisdictions (Free Zones, Mainland), immigration authorities and banks evolve and apply differently depending on each profile. Any decision should be preceded by an individual assessment.

3. Quote requests and setup plans

Sending a request through the form is free and non-binding: it does not create any contractual relationship. The setup plan and quote sent in response are pre-contractual proposals. The service relationship begins only after explicit acceptance of a quote and the terms attached to it.

4. No guarantee of result

Decisions to issue licenses, visas, residency status or bank accounts belong exclusively to the relevant authorities, jurisdictions and banks. The Company prepares, structures and tracks files, but does not guarantee any result from these third parties. In particular, no bank account opening is guaranteed.

• Using the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation
• Interfering with the operation of the Site or attempting to bypass its protections
• Introducing malware, viruses or harmful code
• Using bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract Site content
• Submitting fraudulent, misleading or unsolicited requests through the form

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.
