This Privacy Policy explains how TRUSTLINE ACCOUNTING L.L.C (“we”, “our”, the “Company”), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in Dubai under commercial license number 1583288, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use the Business Life Dubai website (the “Site”).

This policy is intended to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE PDPL), and any other applicable data protection legislation.

a. Data provided through the request form

When you request a setup plan or contact us, we collect the information you provide:

• Identification: name, email address, phone number (optional)
• Project: activity description, expected number of visas, intended jurisdiction, desired timeline
• Communications: messages exchanged with our team

b. Data collected automatically

Audience measurement on the Site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free solution that does not collect data allowing us to identify you individually (aggregated statistics only). The form is protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (IP address and browser signals) solely for anti-bot verification.

3. Purposes of processing

• Respond to your request and prepare the requested setup plan and quote (pre-contractual measures)
• Track your file if you decide to work with us (contract performance)
• Contact you again about your project (legitimate interest)
• Prevent spam and form abuse (legitimate interest)
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation)

We do not send newsletters or marketing communications without your consent.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. It may be processed by our technical providers, who are contractually required to protect it:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form processing
• Resend — routing request emails to our team
• Cloudflare — form anti-bot protection (Turnstile)
• Plausible Analytics — aggregated, cookie-free audience measurement

We may also disclose data if required by law, in response to a court order or to a request from a competent authority.

5. International data transfers

Our providers may be located outside your country of residence, including in the UAE, the EU and the United States. For transfers from the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable). For transfers governed by the UAE PDPL, we comply with Article 22 of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

6. Data retention

• Requests that do not proceed: 24 months after the last exchange, then deletion
• Client files: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the legal periods applicable in the UAE
• Billing data: for the UAE tax and accounting retention periods

7. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), access control and minimization of collected data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If a data breach creates a risk to your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
